The return of a product applied by a customer must be completed within 24 hours after receiving the product. If the time exceeds, then the application of the customer will not be accepted by the company.

After informing our team of support, a customer must courier back the product in the original state as received including the manuals, hand tags, etc. In case of any missing of documents with the product, the return process will not be accepted by the company.
Once the product is returned to www.thegoldentime.com, our designated service center will inspect the watch for any ‘change of movement’ with regard to the internal watch parts. This is to check whether the watch casing has been removed and/or the internal parts have been tampered with. This process usually takes up to 2 business days. The exchange or refund for the product will be initiated by www.thegoldentime.com upon receiving a confirmation from the service center regarding the quality of the watch received.
Any amount to be refunded will take a minimum of 7 to 10 business days* from the date that the returned product is inspected and passed by the quality control team at the service center. The amount will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was originally received by www.thegoldentime.com.
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Customers can request at firstname.lastname@example.org or 09687366522 to cancel the order. Once the cancellation request is received, the order will be cancelled immediately and we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode.
